Zwift Racing League Tuesday race time?

Interested in trying out racing and was doing some searches to find more info and potentially a team, but wanted to know more detailed info I couldn't dig up...

On Tuesdays, I can only have time to race between 1 to 2pm, but looking at next Tuesdays schedule on Zwift companion, I don't see a WTRL race at that time slot. Is the race start time usually fixed from week to week bases? Also, I am sure most people in North America can't race at that time slot, so I would have to join other team who race during those afternoon slot for me?
