Anyone has any luck removing the negative review so far?

I received my first 1 star review with false statements today after 7 months of hosting. Below is the review:

“there was no door on the bathroom and the other guest would keep entering the bathroom while my partner was getting ready for work. multiple times. couldn't get the light for the shower on as well. i can usually sleep literally anywhere but that bed was gnarly. biggest problem was no bathroom door in a shared house. that's just crazy to me. had my partner getting ready for work and i had a job interview but the bathroom was occupied by the other guest who would continuously come back in the bathroom. seemingly only while my partner was in there.”

There’s definitely a bathroom door and light in the shower. About the bed, I had multiple reviews from guests saying the bed was comfortable. My overall rating for that listing went from 4.86 to 4.81 after that review.

I contacted Airbnb super host support immediately trying to have the review removed. I sent them the picture proving that the statements were false. No luck the first try. Second time I tried again and got on the phone with them and told them the reviews were irrelevant. But the conclusion was the same, they said the guest did not violate the review policy.

Has anyone had any luck with review removal at all? Please let me know if there’s anything else I could do. Thanks in advance!
