Instant booking from guest who consistently leaves 3 star reviews

Yikes, I’m a new host and I think I’m going to turn instant booking off.

Guest coming tomorrow, and I’m looking at their profile. They’ve very consistently left 3-4 star reviews for reasons that are not totally valid. Like howling coming from outside or needing a car for a particular location they booked.

Not looking forward to this. Any advice from more experienced hosts on how to mitigate? I would love to cancel if I could without penalty lol.
