Countering Fist of Avalon?! Simply run and avoid?!

Is there even a counter for Avalon? I mean even 1100 IP is enough to rek ppl hard...?!

It seems if u rly play THERE game and run behind it when hes having CD - u simply die if all is up Again?

I guess the real counter is simply not run behind it and mount up?
