When would you guys leave neutral or negative feedback?

I'm usually a positive feedback across the board person even if things Aren't Great. But the messed up potential Molly doll arrived today (definitely was a molly based on the short hairs on her wig) and it was... interesting for sure.

She was shipped in just a bin bag, no bubble wrap or padding. There was an extra plastic bag shoved in front of her body as maybe an attempt at padding but that was it. Her hand was poking through the packaging and I'm glad she wasn't damaged further.

Ultimately there wasn't any harm done, at least there doesn't seem to be any additional damage than what was in the listing, so it worked out okay this time. Would you guys leave bad feedback for this? If not, where would draw the line for negative feedback in general?

I'm personally not going to, if she'd arrived more damaged I would've contacted them and gone from there, but that didn't happen, so they're getting positive feedback and Molly is getting a much needed scrub down and some new elastic.
