Sincere question, what is your hourly rate? What do you consider the avg rate?

This is for fellow anesthesiologists. What is your currently hourly rate? What do you consider an average rate nationwide? Do you have any data on the average salary of an anesthesiologist for 2024?

I am currently at $325/hr in Tennessee. Ive seen as high as $450/hr in my state but granted it was for locums.
