stopped fluoxetine 4 years ago and have been chronically ill since for the last 4 years maybe?

Hi everyone , so let me give you a background I was on fluoxetine for about 3-4 years I stopped cold turkey in 2020 and a couple months after stopping I became very ill and have been since , I struggled with gastro issues , fatigue , joint pain mainly neck and shoulder , I get bad flare ups where I feel very ill and am unable to work , however I’m unsure if this was caused by stopping the antidepressants as I also had the covid jab and covid at the same time and 2 weeks after I had that was when I fell ill I went to work fine one day and then in the middle of night started getting stabbing pains in my stomach , along with heart palpitations , extreme fatigue , constipation , collapsing a couple times , Tinnitus and much more , I’ve had many tests over these past 4 years trying to figure out what is wrong with me , I had very low folate which cause a lot of my hair to fall out , the question is I’m unsure whether I have a genuine illness they just haven’t been able to figure out which I think I do or was this all a result of stopping the antidepressants back then , I tried going back on them for a couple months a couple years ago but they did nothing . Would anyone have any idea or heard of stopping anti depressants causing this ?
