I did it! Target achieved.

Started November 2022 weighing in at 320lbs, today I am 180lbs.

I have not counted calories in this time. Where possible I would opt for healthier choices but not I’ve not stressed about it if there wasn’t one.

I have a takeout most weeks but I now eat it over 2 nights not just one, I drink alcohol Friday, Saturday & Sunday usually. I’ve had coffee mornings, brunches & lunches. My portion size has definitely decreased but I’ve also learned a degree of restraint, now I won’t automatically pick the biggest slice of cake.

I’ve tried to drink lots of water but some days I do better than others, I’ve also tried to increase my protein intake but as a vegan it’s not always great.

A big change too is exercise, I now walk around 4 miles a day from previously being pretty much inactive.

I’ve been taking Mounjaro/Zepbound.
