game freezing after legend selection and unable to reconnect ps5

Seriously been having the worst day today, been playing ranked and nearly 1/2 the games I've either dc at start or my team mates have had the same bug. The game freezes om legend select and then you cannot reconnect. Plus added bonus the game decides you left on purpose and will give you abandon penalty half the time. So I've lost like 500 rp just from this bug alone at d2. I think this all started happening around the same time they decided to initiate ddos protection.

So now instead of others ddosing you, the game ddoses you and applies a penalty for after the fact.
