(PS5) Diamond lobbies freezing on countdown before selecting a legend in ranked almost every game now

What’s going on with this and why hasn’t it been fixed for so long? It’s been an ongoing issue everyday ever since they decided to bring in DDOS protection. I know so many players losing hundreds of RP daily from it! I’ve lost near 800 this split in masters from it and it’s starting to become very frustrating to deal with. Ranked is unplayable at the moment for heaps of people right now! Almost every game you see a team or two flying off of the map because someone in their squad has copped this bug. Please fix your game so we can start enjoying it again.
