Not sure what to do with a Tetra bully.

We bought our first fish (8 Golden neon Tetras) this past Saturday. We have one or two of these guys that are going after the smaller ones. I'm worried the smaller ones are not going to be able to eat. Just not too sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
