Prior service need some guidance?

I was in the army from 2011 to 2015 with one deployment got out as an e4. Years later I created an empire well paying job tons of assets making mid six figure salary I’m in my 30’s and been wanting to join really bad I’ve always wanted to hit the e5 mark as a goal. I would like to join reserves or NG but was told I would need to go back to BCT and that doesn’t include AIT ill be losing a lot of money if I did that air force offered no BCT just specialized training for the job.

I really want to go back to the army but I am open to the air force being in my shoes what would you guys do?
