Ascending aorta increase ~1cm in 3 months, 31f

Hi, I'm a 31 year old woman, current weight 135.

I had a complicated delivery last October which resulted in a 10 day hospital stay (5 in the cv icu telemetry unit) due to a large pericardial effusion and fluid overload. Couldn't determine the cause of the effusion, but one thing that was noted was an increased in ascending aortic root size from an August 2023 echo (I was having a lot of shortness of breathe etc, but was normal echo) To the October echos.

Trying to figure out next move and if the cardiac side is abnormal and I should push to follow up, or let it go.

8/15 Aortic root: 2.8 cm Ascending aorta: 2.6cm

10/28 Aortic root: 2.9 cm Ascending aorta: 3.5 cm
