Where are the homeless people

Where are the homeless people in Toronto? Compared to 3-4 years ago, it feels like there are far fewer visible homeless individuals in the city. I remember seeing people around areas like Union Station, King Street, and Queen Street, but now it seems almost empty in these spots. Has the city taken action to address homelessness, or have they relocated these individuals to other areas?
