The greatest Scientists believed in god, are you smarter than them?

That was what i was told when i explained why i don’t believe in a god. I’m an ex christian and now and atheist.

What do you guys say when someone brings this argument, for example that einstein, Tesla and Isaac Newton believed in a god?

I never claimed that i was smarter than them but was accused so. I just don’t find any evidence for gods existence and thats it.
