Big Cat Lie to Silvy?

Gotta be honest I didn’t really give a shit about the whole Mass cat saga but hearing he told Silvy that he grew up in Chicago but went to boarding school in Mass? That seems weird and more than just protecting a brand. Am I crazy for thinking that?
