Anyone have experience with redeeming a missing hit from Topps?

Anyone have an idea how long it typically takes them to follow up?

Got an Allen & Ginter Hobby box for Christmas, the 3rd "hit" was just a blank card. I sent the card in with the Product Defect Submission form maybe 3 weeks or a month ago.
