Anyone going to Charlotte for the Panthers game?

My wife and I decided to go and are trying to figure out travel plans. Drive or fly, there arent a ton of good flight options and it looks like its about an 7-8 hour drive.

Thought about staying somewhere halfway around the gorge. Anyone else going? What are your plans?
