Newborn photos seem crazy expensive?

I hope this isn’t going to make me come off like an a-hole, but I’m trying to find a photographer for newborn photos in my area, (Nevada), and I found someone I REALLY like but they are charging $800?????

Am I insane or is that outrageous?? Does this change depending on state/location? What have you guys paid for your newborn photos?
