Suggestion about 2.0

I believe Bilt 2.0 if they added grocery and maybe not add mortgage to it would be a win win and keep it as rent and maybe for the no annual fee categories they would add the mortgage side to it with money and on top of that not touch the points and make it be usable for mortgage. If that happen what would you guys think.
