I'm on pills but never got my period

Hi 20 F here, I have been diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17 years old. My menstruation cycle is so bad and my body relies on pills. Everytime I take pills before, I get my menstruation while still in the process of drinking the 21 pills but now is different. I have stopped taking pills last October 2024 and missed my period until now. I took a box of Pills (Althea Trust Pills) by January 2025 and is expecting to have period but it did not come. I am also sexually active and is taking pregnancy test and they turn out negative. What should I do and should I get worried?
