What does everyone do with their grease?

Been cooking on the Blackstone for years, I usually dump the grease in a big grease container but was looking for a metal bucket for the smoker wood chips when I put them out and it got me thinking I wonder what others use for their Blackstone grease? Maybe there's an easier or better method
