Can someone who has the original box and pamphlets from a Blink mini access the camera?

I left the original box and all materials at my last apartment with the new tenant. Do the box or pamphlets include the same QR code found on the back of my camera? Is there any way someone can use everything else in the box to access a Blink mini camera?
