Upgrading Laptop RAM
Hello There! I am a fresh grad trying to apply for remote jobs. However, my laptop only has 4GB RAM and it's hindering me from applying to companies since the minimum RAM often requires 8GB to handle multiple tasks at once. I recently checked my laptop's model and specs to know if I could upgrade the RAM—which I should've done in the first place because I found out the maximum memory can be up to 12GB according to its product specifications reference.
This is what's in the reference. I am not an expert on this and it would genuinely help if you could suggest which type of RAM I need to get and would be most compatible. I would like to have up to 12GB RAM for the long haul. I also want to ask how much it would approximately cost including the memory and repair fees?
