Please Help - PC RBG fans not working

I have a PC I built ~2 years ago. It has 6 total Corsair fans, 5 RGB + 1 non-RBG, and last week, all the fans stopped working. All my fans are connected to a Corsair Commander fan hub (link to fan hub), and I got a replacement. After plugging all my fans into the new hub, only the non-RGB fan was working. The other fans would spin a couple times when I turned my PC on, but they wouldn't run for long. My PC itself still runs and works, there's just no cooling. Any ideas about how to fix?
