What’s a good budget monitor? (OLED)

Me and my bf are trying to build me a pc, but I don’t know much about monitors as I’m still trying to understand basic computer mechanics. I’m looking for a good cheap OLED monitor that can do 1440p or higher and where I can watch my anime’s and shows on if I’m not gaming. I’m also looking to run games like Fortnite, Minecraft, and other games in good quality too. If you have suggestions please let me know, I could use the help.
