Ledaig 18 hard to get

I've not known much about this brand until someone recommended it for a bottle under $200. After reading the tasting notes, reviews, etc, I'm obsessed getting it...BUT, it's sold out everywhere.

Question: Is this a regular release in stores, or is is like allocated bourbon...pay extra, fight to get the few available?? I'm in Calgary, is it easier to find elsewhere? US?
