"Daycare struggles"

Is any else so sick of having to listen to people complain about not being able to find daycare.

So many people in my life, they don't care about any other societal issues.. but when it comes time for them to find daycare they are appaled the government is not providing free childcare or helping to subsidize it more. Mind you most canadian provinces already have 10 dollar a day daycare subsidized for governments but are full.

Why have children if you don't plan to care for them, or plan to be able to afford to pay someone else too?

Another fun complaint I have heard recently, there's no childcare available for long weekends or during winter holidays. Children also need a break from social settings.

I know I can't share these opinions out loud but it's so frustrating and I feel terrible for those kiddos.
