Is it just me who hates whisper add ons?

May be unjustified but to me they just come off as really rude. For context, I'm playing enhance with ED spec, so a lot of my casts when low on mana is rank 1 earthshock to fish for crits and CC.
And yes, I'm very aware that I have a higher rank available, it's on my action bar. I don't want 3/4 people spamming me every 6 seconds that I have a better one available.

It's the exact same as that annoying windfury add on. If you as a tank set up a los pull and can see the shamans have dropped totems, don't then charge in and take the mobs the complete opposite direction while spamming "WF MISSING!" to me every 3 seconds. Same if I'm totem twisting, I'm very much aware of what I'm doing with my totems.

It's just really annoying, because I don't want to put these people on ignore, especially if it's the tanks. These add ons just annoy me tbh, not a massive deal but just a quick rant.
