Why is the comedown so bad wtf

Today was my first time doing coke. I did only 4 lines. My head is pounding, i haven’t ate in all day. No appetite to eat. I’m so tired too. How long does the comedown last & how to power through it?😭 I work at 7 AM tomorrow. Y’all think ima be good or am I gonna keep feeling like shit.
