Is this what real cocaine is supposed to be like

I tried just “coke” for the first time two days ago and it was cut with meth so I was lowkey anxious the whole time after I found out what it was.. I had a pounding headache and didn’t really enjoy the high. I bought from a different dealer today and fent tested it. It came back negative. So the coke was like powdery and sticky. Does that mean it’s real coke ? & I also accidentally got sum on my lips while testing it and my lips felt numb
