How to get placed at top companies as a Robotics engineer?

I am counting 7 years from now to be placed as a software engineer at major companies like Boston Dynamics & IBM.

I am about to join Cs this year as UG. As of now, I’m pretty good at Python, have hands-on experience in IoT projects, training ML models, and have some fun with Lego Mindstorms EV3.

I just started learning Flutter a while ago, thought I could make some side hustles while in college. But now I think it might be worth thinking some more far to the future so that I can have some worthy skills at the time.

So, can somebody give me a learning roadmap or something so that it will guide me through the journey? Mentioning Langauges, frameworks, libraries and tools will be appreciated.
