Am I crazy
Around 2019 on an official console dayz server I found a grenade on top of this medical box on the wall inside one of the NWAF dorm buildings. I have been thinking about it ever since, I haven’t found a grenade in that spot besides the one time. Does anyone know if this is an actual spawn or i’m crazy
