Freddy's Dream Pallets are a gimmicky addition, right?

The only way any Survivor gets hit by these is if they don't actually see it where they run, and the killer does not focus on slowing them down with Snare. Worse still, Fredy gets HIT by a DREAM snare he created rather than it function similarly to how Singularity gets hit during Overclock.
