Solo q needs to be buffed and fast
The game in it's current state is absolutely miserable, but especially in solo q. There's almost zero chance for 4 randoms to get things done if/when the killer decides to tunnel the first surivor out. And this is what they do in almost every match. As a solo player, your individual skill has next to no outcome on the result. If you're better in chase than the randoms, killers will give up after 5 seconds and just chase down someone else.
At the very least, we need to have:
- Basekit kindred when you queue up alone. It takes a perk slot and that already puts solo players at a disadvantage compared to SWFs. Allowing you to see your teammates when someone is hooked is absolutely vital
- Seeing other people's perks. This has been asked a lot, but for a good reason. Again vital information if you want to have any kind of coordination
- Teammates have to see if the hooked person is getting their anti-camp meter filled. I have no idea why this wasn't implemented from the start. SWFs will always have this info, when solo players can only guess
It's getting to a point where playing this game solo is so miserable there's no point. I love the game but right now it's about the worst it's ever been for a solo player. These things aren't too much to ask and should be easy to implement. There's lots of solo players out there and I feel something needs to happen and fast. "Just play killer" isn't the answer, if we want to keep queue times reasonable and not make this a game that you simply can't play unless you have a full navy seal squad to play with.
