35 days caffeine free withdrawal weaknes muscle?
Hello, I've been caffeine-free for 35 days and I feel that my muscles are weak, I often don't have the strength to get out of bed and I don't have the strength to do strength training and cardio, my legs are also weaker? Before I quit caffeine, I couldn't train for long hours. Is this a normal side effect of quitting caffeine? should I go to the doctor?
