Microdose to quit?
Hey ya’ll,
Longtime lurker here thats fully addicted to caffeine still but I have been toying with the idea of quitting for ages. I have noticed something as I have recently started micro-dosing magic mushrooms. I usually take my micro-dose before I have my coffee and I start feeling focus and clarity I seek from caffeine. This got me thinking today, could this be a way to ween off coffee and maybe subdue the withdrawals a bit? Has anyone here experimented with this or had any luck quitting caffeine with the help of micro-dosing?
