How to cancel Altitude+? This seems anti-consumer.

Now that Altitude is back on Comcast, I don't need Altitude+.

How the heck do you cancel the service? There is nothing in the FAQs about it and when I go to subscription there is not the option. There is an option to delete the account, but I'd at least like to be able to keep accessing it until the amount I've paid for runs out.

This design is very anti-consumer and is embarrassing for the team at Altitude. You can't even click on, or otherwise copy and paste the email address for support, which seems like they are intentionally dissuading people from reaching out.
