Why do I feel dizzy and have trouble concentrating when I feel really hungry?

Sometimes when I'm feeling really hungry I feel more tired than usual, I have trouble concentrating and I can't think straight, I feel dizzy, & feel like I am going to pass out or fall unconscious.

I've been having these symptoms for quite a while now but in recent days the symptoms have seemed to worsen. but I didn't tell anyone about it (at first) as I thought I was just imagining things and I wasn't eating enough. But I do eat and drink regularly and always have something to eat or drink.

But the "symptoms" can come on suddenly. For example I was out with my sister on Saturday in Sharm El Sheikh and all of a sudden I felt dizzy, couldn't think straight or concentrate, and I felt like I was going to collapse and pass out. But after I had something to drink I felt better and the symptoms were off shortly after.

My Mum previously had diabetes but that was due to her having high blood sugar and I don't whether anyone else on my Mum or Dad's side has diabetes or a history of it.

When I went to bed last night I felt sick and when I woke up today I woke up sweating. It's probably nothing and just me overthinking things but I just wanted to get other people's opinions and it thank you 😊
