Instructions for Groomer - Does this make sense?

Hello!

My 2yo standard poodle goes in to get groomed soon and I wrote up some instructions for what I'm looking for. I'd love if you all could tell me if this makes sense, if anything is confusing, if I should change anything, or if it comes off as overbearing. I want to make things as easy as possible for my groomer!
