Warranty experience for the $2k Z6 purchase from Lowes

Searched high and low for the great deal. Nothing in Ohio so I had to go to Charleston West Virginia. Found one in the crate with batteries & charger, but everything was outside in the elements. Got it home and my fears were confirmed as all 4 batteries had ice in their plastic bags and 2 of them clearly had leakage as there were discoloration on them. I submitted all serial numbers for batteries, charger, and mower to ensure the 5 year warranty. Life got in the way so I was able to call today to start a warranty claim. Worked with the rep to determine 3 out of the 4 batteries are bad. I had to send videos, but they are shipping me 3 replacement batteries via UPS. Once they arrive, I will need to call again to register the new batteries to ensure they will still have the remaining warranty. We also checked the charger and it was not damaged.

Long story short, EGO honored the warranty without any issues. She even saw the receipt I submitted and mentioned I "bought this with a major discount."
