Apprentice that gets treated like sh*t

About a year in at my contractor and I get treated like dog shit by the the one journeyman he steals my shit and lies about it or takes my seat that I been a sitting at for months shit like that I get I’m lower rank but should I deal with bullshit like this? Also writes bad work reports even though I’m the only one working 90% of the time while they sit in the break room
