Burp and stuff

How often is normal to have reflux? I mean when you burp if it happens once in while,or it happened when i was hungry.or after i ate..and it contributes a lot to my phobia..cause it happended 3 times in about 2-3weeks and almost never before the phobia.how often do you guys have that?
