Milk help [delonghi ECP35.31]

Hi all, so I was making my drink earlier today, after finishing my drink, I went to take my phone and boiled some water (was making a v60 drink for my dad). After this short while, my latte turned out like this. Any idea whats the cause of this and how to fix this problem.
