Fanduel wrongly settled my bet as a lost

Took a live +12.5 spread bet on the grizzlies before I took a nap. Woke up to the bet losing. Contacted live chat yesterday and they said this will be escalated to a higher department. Still haven’t heard from anyone and still haven’t gotten paid. Fanduel pls fix this.
