Getting significantly lower fps after the most recent update on PC (Steam). What gives?

I've included a photo of my build in case it's relevant, apologies for being a photo, I'm not logged into Reddit on my PC.

I'm not sure if it's related to the latest game update or the latest NVIDIA driver update. If anyone has any answers let me know please.
