London fine dining without a star?

Does anyone have any good recommendations for new or not so new fine dining restaurants in London that don’t (yet) have a star? I am running out of starred restaurants to try and want to try and get ahead of this year’s guide announcements!

I’ve got Anglothai booked so far but not sure about any others!
