Half of christmas light not working.

Hello,

So half of my Christmas light is not lit. It's half toward the plug as shown in the picture.

I changed the bulb of the non lit light right next to the lit one and it did not fix anything. I changed the fuse as I've got no clue what the problem is and it did nothing.

Can someone give some wisdom as to what the issue may be?
