Fly line memory

I just got a Reddington vice fly outfit that has been sitting for a while and I used it for the first time yesterday and the memory in the line was crazy. Will it get better with time or should I just switch it out now? I have never bought fly line just leaders so I don’t know if this line is just that bad or the memory eventually goes out.
