How can SL take place after Dittophobia?

The place is clearly abandoned, and the Funtimes aren't even the same ones we are familiar with, as evidenced by the fact that Funtime Foxy is pirate-themed and left as a cracked shell, and Ballora being deactivated despite her remnant possession, making the controlled shock system useless if there are no animatronics to punish for misbehaving. There's also no mention of Funtime Freddy or Baby, so the most reasonable assumption to me is that the story takes place long after the events of SL, which explains why the underground facility is trashed and decrepit, and why there are barely any animatronics moving around the location except the ones that are broken or deactivated.
